🔹 Product Questions

What is the difference between MDF and HDF?

MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) has a density of 610–750 kg/m³, making it ideal for furniture, interior decoration, and general-purpose applications.

HDF (High Density Fiberboard) has a density of ≥800 kg/m³, offering superior hardness and durability. HDF is commonly used as substrate for laminate flooring and door skins.

What grades of formaldehyde emission do you offer?

We offer three grades:

  • E0: ≤ 0.5 mg/m³ — Premium grade for children's furniture and enclosed spaces
  • E1: ≤ 9 mg/100g — Standard grade for most furniture and interior applications
  • E2: ≤ 30 mg/100g — Industrial grade for packaging and non-enclosed applications

All our products are CARB Phase II and EPA TSCA Title VI certified.

What types of plywood do you produce?

We produce four main types:

  • Commercial Plywood (MR glue): For indoor furniture and interior use. Cost-effective.
  • Film Faced Plywood (WBP melamine): With phenolic film coating for concrete formwork. Reusable 3–10 times.
  • Film Faced Plywood (WBP phenolic): Higher durability, suitable for heavy-duty construction.
  • Marine Plywood (WBP phenolic): Boiling water proof. For boat building and extreme outdoor conditions.
Can I get custom sizes and thicknesses?

Yes. Standard sizes include 1220×2440mm and 1250×2500mm. We also produce custom sizes from 610mm to 2800mm in length. Thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 43mm. Custom specifications require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 3 containers per specification.

🔹 Order & MOQ Questions
