What is the difference between Commercial, Film Faced, and Marine Plywood?

Commercial plywood is for indoor furniture with MR or WBP glue. Film faced plywood has phenolic film surface for concrete formwork, reusable 3-10 times. Marine plywood has the highest WBP phenolic glue, boiling water proof, for boat building and extreme outdoor conditions.

What is your MOQ for plywood?

Our MOQ is 1 container (20ft or 40ft). We can mix different plywood types or combine with MDF, HDF, particle board in one container.

How many times can Film Faced Plywood be reused?

Film faced plywood reuse times: 120g/m² film = 3-5 times; 240g/m² film = 6-10 times; 320g/m² film = 10+ times. Proper maintenance and storage can extend reuse times.

Which certificates come with the boards?

We hold no certificates ourselves. All certificates are held by the producing mills and copies are provided with every order. We check the certificate number and the E0/E1/E2 grade marking before loading.

What payment terms do you accept?

Terms are stated in the quotation and fixed in the proforma invoice before you pay anything. The structure follows the order: a deposit to hold the production slot, the balance against the shipping documents. Tell us at enquiry stage if your bank requires an L/C, so the quotation is written the way your bank will read it.
