Not a factory. A buying office in China: since 2009 we select mills, compare prices, inspect panels before loading and prepare every export document.
We are your sourcing and export execution partner in China. Dolphin Building Decoration Materials (Liaocheng) Co., Ltd. is an independent export office in Liaocheng, Shandong — a trade team that works only for importers who buy panels by the container, and only on the products it knows how to check.
Every order is placed with a mill we select for that order. We do not own a mill, a press line or a laboratory, and this site does not claim we do. What we own is the work: the comparison, the inspection, the loading and the paperwork.
Behind every order sits a working supply chain rather than a single supplier: a pool of mills that we match to your product and volume, a consolidation warehouse in Liaocheng where goods from several mills are brought together, and loading points at Qingdao and at whichever Chinese port your route needs. When your container needs something we do not make ourselves, we bring in the mill, the forwarder or the inspector who does — and we stay the one who answers for it.
All certificates are held by the producing mills. Copies are provided with every order.
One buyer, one container, several factories — that is the normal shape of an order here. This is what the chain covers.
| Link | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Products | Plywood, MDF/HDF, multi-ply board and particle board — plain, melamine paper faced or natural and engineered veneer faced, with PVC or veneer edge banding matched to the panel |
| Loading port | Qingdao, Shandong — our main loading port. Other Chinese ports are arranged when your route, your inland cost or your sailing date makes them the better choice |
| Routes | Global. We book the lane your destination needs, including the transshipment and rail routings that Central Asia and inland South America usually take |
| Main export markets | South America, Central Asia, the Middle East and Southeast Asia — where most of our current shipments go |
We deliberately do not publish a factory count. Which mills we use is decided per order — by product, volume, grade and lead time — and the comparison you receive shows them as Mill A, Mill B and Mill C. Which mills they are stays on our side.
A mill is built to run one product for one big buyer. Ask it for three panel types in one container, or for a buyer-side inspection report before loading, and the answer is usually no — not out of bad will, but because the mill is not organised that way.
An execution partner is organised exactly that way. We size the order first, then choose the mill. If one product is cheaper at mill A and another at mill B, both can travel in the same box. If the first batch fails inspection, the order moves before anything is loaded.

The company was registered in 2009 in Liaocheng, Shandong — one of the regions where most Chinese panel mills sit. It has worked as an independent export house since then, on the same four jobs: find the mill, compare the price, check the goods, ship the documents.
There is no milestone list on this page. Nothing was acquired in stages, no plant was opened, no certificate was won. 2009 is the start date, and the business has run on repeat orders and referrals since. If you want the licence or the export filing, ask — copies with the registration numbers intact are sent on request, before any money moves.
You deal with the team that actually runs the order. The person who quotes your specification is the person who books the inspection and stands in the loading bay — there is no account manager relaying messages, and no committee needed to approve a price change or a loading date.
It also means fewer places for a mistake to hide. When something goes wrong — a thickness out of tolerance, a document missing at destination — you are not passed between departments. Your file is known by name, and the answer comes from the people who built it.

What we do not do: we do not own a mill, we do not hold stock for speculative sale, and we do not pretend to cover what a mill or a forwarder is better placed to do. That is what the supply chain around us is for — and why we say plainly where our own work starts and stops.
No certificate wall on this site. The business licence and the import-export filing exist and are current — they are simply not published here. Ask for them and you receive copies with the registration numbers intact, before any money moves.
What we show in public is the work itself: the warehouse where your goods are consolidated, the mills we visit, and the photo record that goes out with every order before the container is sealed.

The rest you verify on your own order, not on this page: thickness checks, packing photos and loading records are sent to you for every container — see how we work and the mill visits behind them.
Certificates for wood panels are issued to the producing mill. We do not hold any ourselves, and no page on this site claims otherwise. What we do is check the number, the issuing body and the grade marking before an order is placed, and send the copies with the shipment.
Tell us the panel, the thickness, the grade and the destination port. You will get factory-checked options and a quote instead of a brochure.
