We are not a manufacturer. We are your sourcing and export execution partner in China. Dolphin Building Decoration Materials (Liaocheng) Co., Ltd. has been buying and exporting wood panels from Shandong since 2009. We select the mill, compare price and lead time, inspect the panels before they are loaded, and prepare the export documents your customs broker will ask for.
What we do on every order: check two or three mills against your specification, put several factories and several products into one container when the order is small, send you inspection photos before the container is sealed, and hand over the certificate copies and shipping documents with the shipment. All certificates are held by the producing mills. Copies are provided with every order.
Plywood, MDF/HDF, particle board and multi-ply board — plain, melamine paper faced or veneer faced, with edge banding to match. Sourced from checked mills to your specification, inspected before loading.
2.5–43 mm, E0/E1/E2 grades, plain or moisture resistant. Two or three mills are priced against your specification before we quote.
MDF & HDF Board Specifications →Commercial, film faced and marine. Ply count, glue type and film weight set to your order, not to what happens to be in stock.
Plywood Types & WBP Glue Grades →9–25 mm, plain or melamine faced, for furniture and shop fitting. E1 or E2 by destination market.
Particle Board Grades & Uses →100+ decors matched to your sample. The base board and the facing can come from different mills — we check both.
Melamine Colours & Textures →Ply count, core species and glue set to your order. The panel that stays flat where particle board gives up.
Multi-Ply Board Specifications →Reconstituted veneer pressed onto MDF, HDF or plywood — grain and colour that repeat in the next container.
Engineered Veneer Panels →Banding cut from the same engineered veneer block as the face, so the edge runs on from the panel.
Veneer Edge Banding →Matched to your decor code in matte, gloss or embossed, supplied in the same container as the boards.
PVC Edge Banding →No capacity claims here. These are four jobs a mill is not set up to do for a small buyer — and they are what we do instead.
| What a large mill won't do | What it costs you | What we do instead |
|---|---|---|
| Won't take a small order — MOQ starts at a full container, often with a monthly contract volume on top | A small buyer cannot open an account, and never reaches a mill price. | We buy order by order and price two or three mills, so a single container still lands close to mill price. |
| Won't mix loads — one container means one mill and one product | Three or four panel types become three or four containers, and three or four freight bills. | We consolidate: one container, several mills, several products, freight shared. |
| Won't give you a buyer-side inspection report — quality control is issued by the mill, on the mill's own forms | You find the problem after the goods arrive, when the batch can no longer be traced. | We inspect before loading and send the photo report, so problems are fixed before the ship sails. |
| Won't stay accountable after full payment — the mill is paid and the file is closed | A quality dispute across borders is expensive to pursue and rarely worth it. | Documents, messages and responsibility stay in one place: one contact, a record you can check. |
Photographed at our inspection and loading work. No stock images, no borrowed factory photos.

The same four steps on every order, in the order they happen.
We price your exact specification at two or three mills and show you the comparison, not a single number.
Thickness, moisture, density, surface, grade marking and packing are checked and photographed before the container is sealed.
Several mills and several products in one container, with a photo record of the empty box, the stacking and the seal.
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, fumigation and bill of lading — prepared for the broker at your end.
All certificates are held by the producing mills. Copies are provided with every order. What we control is which mill gets your order, and whether its paperwork matches the batch that is loaded.
No page on this site claims a certificate of our own. Panels travel with the mill's certificate, not with a logo.
Certificate number and issuing body are verified before we place the order — not shown to you after arrival.
E0/E1/E2 and CARB grades are checked on the panels and on the packaging before the container is sealed.
SASO/SABER, SONCAP, EAC/GOST and GOEIC requirements change — we confirm them per shipment, not per brochure.
Routes, documents and buying requirements for the regions our buyers ship to. Main port Qingdao; any Chinese port available when it saves you time or cost.
MDF and plywood to Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan by sea, rail and road — with EAC/GOST paperwork checked per shipment.
Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong and Bangkok, with Form E for ASEAN tariff preference.
Particle board and melamine faced panels for furniture makers, via Santos and other South American ports.
Jeddah, Jebel Ali and Dammam, plus Lagos, Durban and Cairo — with SASO, SONCAP and GOEIC documents handled per shipment.
Specification, quantity and destination port are enough to start. You get factory-checked options and a quote within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).
